Sevgili Arsız Ölüm - Dirmit

We follow the struggles of a large family who have migrated from the village to the city, as seen through the eyes of the youngest daughter, Dirmit. Crammed into their one-room flat, each of them finds their own way to cope as they struggle to make a life for themselves in the city. Dirmit, meanwhile, finds all manner of ways to overcome the challenges she faces, thanks to her insatiable curiosity and resilience.

Atiye, her mother, who is trying to protect her from the city, her father Huvat and her brother Dirmit are all at odds with her in their own ways, and they place all sorts of obstacles in her path, guided by customs and traditions. But would Dirmit ever give up? No, he wouldn’t!
