Stand-Up Workshop – Take Your First Step onto the Stage!
The overlock machine has come to you. Take the first step towards the stage you’ve always dreamt of. Let’s explore together the techniques of writing jokes, performing on stage and making the audience laugh. Whether you say, ‘I’ve got no experience at all’, or ‘We’re not exactly novices either’. There’s something new for everyone to discover in this workshop. Led by Eren Uslu, this workshop invites you into the magic of the stand-up world. Over 4 weeks and 6 sessions;
🎭 Learn how to write jokes.
🎤 Enjoy expressing yourself on stage.
📚 Draw inspiration from your experiences to develop your comedic skills.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have the chance to put together your own stand-up set and take to the stage for a performance!
Who can take part? Anyone interested in stand-up comedy and keen to take to the stage! This is suitable for those who want to learn joke-writing techniques and overcome stage fright, as well as those with no experience or who are just starting out.
