Cimri – Season 2 | Premiering in The Hague
‘Cimri’ is back on the stage for its second series…
This time, for the first time, it is meeting its audience in The Hague.
In this special performance staged by the participants of Kumpanya Performing Arts’ acting workshop’s second season, you will not only witness an acting journey but also enjoy a modern and original adaptation of Cimri, one of the most significant classics in the history of theatre.
This classic work, penned with Molière’s sharp wit, is transformed into a 70-minute, fast-paced and humour-filled stage experience through our interpretation. Whilst remaining faithful to the traditional text, it offers a fresh and lively narrative that resonates with today’s audience.
In this show, which will be staged for the first time in The Hague, laughter, energy and a familiar classic await you.

The children of our team members, aged between 8 and 10, watched this play and thoroughly enjoyed it.
We prefer not to set an age limit.
If your little one can sit through the play for 70 minutes and engage with what’s happening on stage, then they’re more than welcome to come along.
If there are any parts they don’t understand or are curious about, they can ask our players or the team their questions at the end of the game.
